Now, that summer is right around the corner I was looking into the possibility of getting a portable vape for those nice relaxing days on the beach or for hiking through the mountains. The idea of being able to use a vaporizer in these situations sounds great, but how well does a portable vaporizer to the job?
So my search was on to find a portable, affordable vaporizer that would be enjoyable to use. I do stress enjoyable to use, since that is part of the experience.
In my search I came across the Magic-Flight Launch box, which seemed to fit my criteria. It was small/portable and ran on rechargeable batteries (no messy and possibly toxic butane to inhale). Also, everyone I talked to that has used one, along with the reviews on all the major forums have been positive.
As of right now it looks like I found my new toy for the summer, if any of our guests have used one please let us know what you think!

Vapor Brothers New Accessories
Well, I have a VB Hands Free unit that I love and am always on the look out for new accessories for the unit. Now, I don't know if I missed these or if they just came out but I was browsing the website of VB's biggest dealer and noticed they have released two new products.
The first is the Vapor Brothers Steamer, it comes in two sizes a small (11" long with a 32mm diameter) and a big (11" long with a 44mm diameter). This is a first as far as I know in the vaporizer world, at least commercially done.
However I am unsure how it would enhance the experience versus using a normal whip, but then again I have not had the opportunity to use the unit so I must reserve judgment until then...
The next product I saw was the Vapor Brothers Clear Precision Glass Hydrator. I have been in the market for a nice small bubbler for my VB unit for those days I just don't want to pull out the big glass. The new hydrator not only looks a little nicer than their older unit (of course in my opinion) as well as being all glass, it appears sturdier/easier to set on a table top.
Hopefully, I can check out the build quality/design at a local shop soon. VB has a high standard of quality, so I'm sure I wouldn't be too disappointed if I decide to make an order without seeing it in person first.
If anyone has one or has checked it out either new product, please let us know your thoughts!

Why Vaporize?
Here is a little article I found on the benefits of vaporizing vs. smoking your favorite herbs...
Smoking is the most primitive way known to man to inhale a substance. When one smokes, the substance is heated to very high temperatures, sometimes well exceeding 1200ºF. This temperature (which is much hotter than necessary for inhaling the flavor and essence of a plant) burns the material and causes it to be converted into smoke. This smoke can then be inhaled by the smoker in an attempt to obtain some of the benefits of the substance.

Although not without some benefits, smoking has substantial dangerous and hazardous side effects including the production of many carcinogenic and harsh byproducts such as smoke and tar. Simply put, smoking is the equivalent of driving a nail into a small piece of wood with a sledgehammer.
There is a better solution... VAPORIZERS!
